1. The "Front of the House" refers to the first sight the customers see and interact with during their stay at the organisation. It is usually captivating, breath taking and a sense of wanting to visit again. The whole entire scenery inclusive of the waiting area, front desk, restrooms, lobby, restaurants, bar, pool etc. should be well up to standard for the customers satisfactory.
