1.The difference between data and information is that data is raw material that is to be processed and information is the processed data. Data is not specific but information is specific enough to generate meaning. Data does not depend on information but information depends on data and without it, information cannot be processed.

1. Data is unprocessed material that is converted into information that can be understood. It is considered as the raw latter of information. Where as information in itself is what is understood easily. The version that has already been converted and can be used as is. 10/3/2016 03:45:20 pm
