stigma is when the person not in their right state of mind to contribute to society while discrimination is when persons are racial in term of colour, behaviour etc.

Label this has a bad effect on users of health and social care because it is hard to really right off a person as not been able to fit in society,also to discriminate them because they are unable to cope with those that are not mental ill.
