I agree, all organizations no matter what sector needs to have some form of strategic plan in place and as chaundron (2010) states, before implementing any form of techniques, organizations must decide what framework best fits the needs of the organization. evaluation is indeed needed, the organization needed to know what works and what doesn't.

our environment plays a major role in our lives, one can either change their environment or make changes to their environment, i like the fact that you made changes to yours. i couldn't agree with you more not everything that work in one situation or one individual will work for all situation. there is no one size fits all.

Hi Roshel, I can testify to the weight gaining and not handling this changes in a positive and committed way. The important thing is to acknowledged where we are going wrong and try to fully commit to addressing the problem. this can affect us in a negative way such as reducing self confidence and esteem. Therefore, accepting changes and dealing with them seems to be a very important thing nowadays.

Chris-Ann i like the way you touched based on communication because poor communication is a major problem that all organization faces on a daily basis. Some of us tend to forget that apart from customer service, poor communication also hinder business performance and the goals and objectives deadline.

My thought exactly. I was trying to address the problem and/or turn it to his attention, but for some reason it did not work and I had little control over the solution for the problem at hand.

Think about organization and what you evaluate must happen or is most necessary for the organization to succeed.
