Three factors that could influence the behaviour of Lime's customer behaviour are: Cultural, social, personal and psychological factor. Ques 2: The cultural factor could affect the marketing activities of Lime greatly in that the company would first need to understand the needs and behaviour of the customers before targeting them. Without knowing the wants and understanding their needs then it will make the process of marketing difficult as individuals have different needs and wants, different nationality, religion, age and ethnic background.
