1 Job costing involves keeping an account of direct and indirect costs such as materials, labor and overhead, this is used for the purpose of determining cost of each job. Each job is unlike the other or is a distinct unit. Whereas batch costing includes all fixed and variable cost for producing a batch. There are more than one components or units used to make up a batch which is used as a cost unit for establishing cost. Comments are closed.
