Chuck listens to music on his computer with headphones on. However, Chuck often ends up going to sleep and snoring which irritates his coworkers. How should Chuck’s coworkers handle the situation? 2. Mel has received a new computer and wants to try it out. His subordinate is a computer whiz and offers to put software on the computer that allows him to get around the company firewall and access sites like Facebook and YouTube. What should Mel do? 3. Thomas is American manager in Taipei. Thomas is trying to sell your product to a company that could be a major buyer. Lee is in charge of buying your product wants to visit your company before making the purchase. However, your company is in San Diego and wants to take a detour to Disney Land in California as part of the company trip. What should Thomas do? 4. Elisa has a coworker, Sally, who likes to talk about politics. Elisa does not care that much about politics all that much but finds her co-workers political views to be little extreme. Elisa likes her coworker and wants to get along with her. Elisa has thought of just pretending to agree with Sally or telling Sally she would rather talk about other subjects. Elisa suspects that Sally will be insulted if she goes with the second option. What should Elisa do?

1. They should be mindful/considerate that Chuck can’t control his snoring. However, seeing as to why Chuck is sleeping on the job is usually not allowed, they could try to talk to him to see if there is problem with him while he always sleeps (such as depression), then try to come to a solution. His co-workers can even use earphones themselves to help them ignore his snoring.
