1. SDL requires activity. People who show activity in undertaking their own particular SDL project are propelled, certain self-starters. Surely they would confirm inspiration, interest and practices in their occupations like "A" players.

1. self direct learning promotes initiative. individuals who show initiative in their own SDL are motivated, confident self-starters. these qualities would also show in any A player in an organization.

1. According to selfdirectedlearning.org (2009) SDL requires initiative. Individuals that display initiative when undertaking their own SDL program are confident self-starters, and are motivated. This will promote interest in their jobs. The behavior of individual that have interest in their jobs are similar to “A” players. Comments are closed.
