1. 1a) PM concentrates on results, as opposed to practices and exercises. A typical misguided judgment among directors is that practices and exercises are the same as results. In this manner, a worker may show up to a great degree occupied, however not contribute at all toward the objectives of the association. 1. (a)one benefit of the process measures is that it shows the occurrences and extent of problems in the process. for example if when making rice and peas the rice and the peas was cooked separately and then mix together after going through the process it would be discovered and there the problem can be fixed.

2. A quality gateway can be looked at as the final testing phase of a product. It ensures the product is up to standard for the customer and not have ant flaws within. The process overlooks the product to see if all parts are in check and fit the standard even of the organization itself.
