1. In McKinsey show, the seven regions of association are partitioned into the "delicate" and "hard" ranges. Technique, structure and frameworks are hard components that are much simpler to distinguish and oversee when contrasted with delicate components. Then again, delicate regions, albeit harder to oversee, are the establishment of the association and will probably make the supported upper hand.

1. shared valued related to the 7S framework basically entails of a model that describes 7 key words, strategy, structure, system, skill, staff and style. these surround the shared values. "Shared Values: called "super-ordinate goals" when the model was first developed, these are the core values of the company that are evidenced in the corporate culture and the general work ethic"

Shared value - This is the central aspect of the 7s framework. The framework shows that all other elements are form from the center explaining why the organization was created and what it stands for.Been the core of an organization, if your affected then the other elements will be affected.

1.Shared values are related to the 7S framework because they are "central to the development of all the other critical elements" they are essentially the organisations reasons for existing and why it is operating, also if the shared values were to be changed all the other elements would have to as well (Mindtools.com, 2016).

1. According to Jurevicius (2013) the shared value feature in Mckinsey 7s model is centered at the core. It is a guide employees use for their behavior and standards portrayed in the company.
