1) According to MSG management study guide, Total quality management ensures that the organisation understand their customer well before changes are made in the processes to deliver quality products for customer satisfaction. Total quality management are use to increase customer base and level customer satisfaction. Total quality management increase organisations database of loyal customer who would not go anywhere. Employees should sit on a platform, brainstorm ideas and come to concrete solution which would improve the system and processes to eventually deliver what the customer expects.
