1. Two factors that one should consider when implementing an operation plan are timeline and communication management. Timeline is important to meet a specific objective in a certain time span, while communication management is important so that information disseminated is misinterpret by employees.

1. from my understanding in class, clear objectives are needed in operation planning. with clear objectives, the plan will then be able to operate smoothly. another factor is time bound. operation plan will take time so it should be maintained and set to complete objectives.

1. Two factors are time management and cost objectives. Time management is essential so that a lot of time is not spend on unnecessary work but is manage to complete certain task within a certain period. Cost objectives is so that unnecessary is not spend but businees money is spent wisely.

1. Two factors Burley (n.d) points out that should be considered when implementing an operational plan is first the Hman resource, that is how many are available and are they all qualified and trained to carry out the plan appropriately and diligently. The second is risk factors, having a well sought out plan with mitigation strategies to identify and combat unforseen circumstances is most essential for implementation and follow through of a plan.

1. Two factors to consider when implementing operation plan is human factor and financial factor. Human factor is a major factor in the operation plan and should be considered early in the process because people will deeply influence the success of the plan. Another factor is financial factor, with this factor budget consideration and expenses are one of the first factor to create. Income estimates for the plan is key and need to predict with as much accuracy as possible (Burley, 2016).

1, one factor would be human factors. Human factor is a major factor, because human have to be involved in your operational plan. We have to ensure we have the right persons with the right skills and knowledge. The operation can not be successful by its self there should be someone to carry it out. Secondly Financial Factors. This is where you consider how much money you spend and receivefor the company. You must buget your money so you dont under or over spend which will cost the company.

1. a) the capacities of the human resources needed- in the HR process there is a need for resources to carry out the plan. There are 3 project team under HR to consider when implementing the plan. The team conduct procurements to obtain seller responses, selecting a seller, and awarding a contract for goods and services (Unit 15 lesson 5, 2016 cited Leoisaac.com, 2016).
