1. the three levels of management are lower level management, middle level management and upper level management. At the lower level management need operational information as this information outlines the day to day activities of the organization. And, supervision of the day to day activities are done by the lower level management. At the middle level tactical information is required as this information will aid in the allocation of resources as well as to establish control in the implementation of the plans made by top level management. Strategic information is used by top/upper level management. This information is used to discover and the most efficient way to perform the activities of the organization so that goals and objectives can be achieved in a timely fashion.
